Cancellation Policy
Welcome to ABSocialz! We’re thrilled to help realtors and real estate agents elevate their social media presence and grow their businesses. Please review our booking policy, including our payment plan options, before moving forward: 1. Contract Terms • All clients are required to commit to an initial 3-month contract to allow sufficient time for strategy development and execution. • After the initial 3-month contract, clients will transition to a month-to-month plan, which can be canceled with a 30-day written notice. 2. Booking Process • No online bookings are accepted at this time. • To get started, complete the Client Information Form [insert link or instructions] with details about your business and social media goals. • Once the form is submitted, schedule a Discovery Call to discuss strategy and finalize your onboarding process. 3. Payment Plans To provide flexibility, ABSocialz offers three payment plan options: 1. Monthly Plan: • Full payment due on the 1st of each month. 2. Bi-Weekly Plan: • Two equal payments due on the 1st and 15th of each month. 3. Weekly Plan: • Four equal payments due every Friday throughout the month. Please note: Payments must be made on time to ensure uninterrupted services. A $50 late fee will apply for payments not received within 5 days of the due date. 4. Onboarding & Deliverables • Services will begin upon completion of the Discovery Call and receipt of required materials, including login credentials, branding assets, and initial payment. • The onboarding process includes account audits, content strategy planning, and branding alignment. 5. Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellations during the initial 3-month contract period are not permitted except under extenuating circumstances approved by ABSocialz. • Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered. By completing the Client Information Form and booking a Discovery Call, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this booking policy.
